Mon - Thursday 8am-4.30pm
Friday 8am- 3pm

Our award winning client is passionate about finding their customer's their dream home whilst providing exceptional customer service and after care.
They are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their close knit team, this position requires a high level of customer care and attention to detail and the successful individual will go above and beyond when required to do so.
This is a varied role however the main duties include:
* Deal with customer complaints
* Liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure remedial issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Preparation of invoices
* Represent the brand in a positive light whilst delivering the highest quality customer service at all times.
This is a fast paced position and requires someone who can effectively prioritise there time, out with these skills you would be expected to demonstrate the following experience:
* High level communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Computer literate (outlook, excel, word)
* Experience dealing with complaints
* Great attention to detail
