Mon - Thursday 8am-4.30pm
Friday 8am- 3pm
Hybrid

Our award winning client is passionate about finding their customer's their dream home whilst providing exceptional customer service and after care.

They are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their close knit team, this position requires a high level of customer care and attention to detail and the successful individual will go above and beyond when required to do so.

This is a varied role however the main duties include:

• Deal with customer complaints
• Liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure remedial issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Preparation of invoices
• Represent the brand in a positive light whilst delivering the highest quality customer service at all times.

This is a fast paced position and requires someone who can effectively prioritise there time, out with these skills you would be expected to demonstrate the following experience:

• High level communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literate (outlook, excel, word)
• Experience dealing with complaints
• Great attention to detail
