In this role you will apply AI-focused engineering to deliver software solutions within PA’s Digital & Data community. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve client challenges and advance internal projects using agile practices. You will experiment with AI tools, build prototypes, and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation. Responsibilities
Collaborate with product, design and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver software solutions
Solve client problems using technical skills and contribute to internal projects
Participate in live whiteboarding sessions and remote collaboration to problem-solve
Work in a hybrid model with client sites or offices (min 2 days/week) and potential on-site time
Engage in knowledge-sharing, coaching, and mentoring within a supportive tech community
Learn, test, and share findings on AI initiatives across internal teams
Key requirements
Software engineers with AI passion or data scientists who have embraced engineering
Experience prototyping and experimenting with emerging AI tools
Strong programming foundation for AI systems and data workflows
Experience integrating models with APIs, data sources, or production systems
Curiosity about LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks
Understanding of cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps practices
Collaborative mindset with willingness to teach and learn
Understanding of prompt/context engineering and model evaluation
Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs
