In this FTC Account Manager role, you will own client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns on time and within budget. You’ll serve as a primary day-to-day contact, manage briefs from inception to delivery, and oversee timelines, costs, and governance. You’ll contribute to creative and strategic work across digital channels while keeping senior stakeholders informed. Responsibilities
Build and sustain trusted client relationships and act as the main day-to-day contact
Manage client briefs through to delivery
Coordinate internal teams across multiple projects and workstreams
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and documentation
Lead client calls and present project updates with confidence
Support development of digital-focused creative and strategic work (with some events)
Monitor and escalate risks; ensure governance and compliance across client work
Key requirements
Agency-based experience
Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns (preferably eCommerce, website, SEO)
Strong project management skills for multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience budgeting, estimating, invoicing, or financial tracking
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Confidence leading client conversations, meetings, and presentations
