Digital Account Manager

Burnley | Hybrid Working | £40- £47k

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join an award-winning digital agency, working with a varied portfolio of clients across B2B, Manufacturing, Education and Retail.

As Account Manager, you'll work closely with specialists across PPC, SEO, creative and content, to play a central role in ensuring clients receive a joined-up, strategic approach to their marketing.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships but also wants to be involved in the bigger picture, identifying growth opportunities and making a genuine impact across digital marketing strategies.

The Role

Manage and develop relationships with key client accounts
Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with client objectives
Collaborate with internal teams across PPC, SEO, creative and content
Identify opportunities for account growth and development
Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
Lead client meetings, presentations and quarterly reviews
Oversee project budgets, timelines and successful delivery

About You

You'll have 4-5 + years' experience in account management or client strategy , ideally within a digital agency or B2B environment.

You’ll be confident managing senior client relationships, commercially minded and have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager looking to take on a more strategic, commercially focused role within a collaborative and forward-thinking digital agency.
