Responsibilities
Independently manage a childcare caseload, including public law cases
Represent children, parents, and local authorities across all stages from instruction to final hearing
Handle care proceedings and adoption matters; may include private law children matters
Demonstrate strong advocacy and knowledge of the Legal Aid system
Collaborate with a forward‑thinking firm to support career development initiatives
