Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance with set objectives, balancing patient care, financial targets, and budgets
• Lead and develop a team of practice support staff and manage relationships with self-employed clinicians
• Ensure compliance with regulators and maintain governance standards
• Interpret financial data, including profit and loss, to support commercial decision-making
• Engage with stakeholders to support operational priorities and service delivery
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to maintain high-quality patient experience
• Support initiatives and changes to improve efficiency and patient care
