Responsibilities
Drive practice performance against objectives, focusing on patient care, financial targets, and budget management
Lead and develop a team including dental nurses and receptionists, and coordinate with self-employed clinicians within contractual relationships
Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements across the practice
Interpret financial data (P&L) to inform commercial decisions and optimize profitability
Support a training-practice environment, aiding onboarding and development for new and overseas clinicians
