Senior Residential Property Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will handle a broad range of non-contentious residential property matters for a client-focused practice. You will work within the Thames Valley team to deliver high-quality advice and maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence and responsiveness. You will mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development, while engaging in business development and cross-referrals. This position offers a flexible, office-inclusive setup and a chance to shape a high-performing residential property practice within a top 100 firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision
• Supervise and support junior team members
• Deliver tailored legal advice with strong client service
• Contribute to team culture and knowledge sharing
• Engage in business development and cross-referral opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the team's reputation for excellence
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to ongoing team development

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in residential property
• Strong technical expertise in non-contentious residential property matters
• Collaborative mindset and client-focused approach
• Proven ability to manage diverse caseloads and supervise others
• Experience in business development and cross-referrals is advantageous
