Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Oversee remortgages and transfers of equity
Provide clear, client-focused advice throughout transactions
Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties
Ensure files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
Contribute to the continued success and reputation of the Property team
Key requirements
Minimum 2 years' PQE in residential property
Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
