This is a key opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to contribute to a high-performing, service-driven practice.The RoleYou will advise on a broad range of non-contentious residential property matters, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgages and transfers of equityVoluntary first registrationsLease extensions and associated title workKey ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervisionSupervise and support junior team membersDeliver high-quality, tailored legal advice with a strong focus on client serviceContribute positively to team culture and knowledge sharingEngage in business development and cross-referral opportunities across the firmWorking closely with colleagues, you will help maintain the team's reputation for excellence and responsiveness.
