Overview

In this role, you will provide day-to-day IT support to Head Office users, ensuring reliable technology and minimal business disruption. You will collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused services across UK sites. You’ll handle incidents, onboarding, and hardware/software provisioning while promoting self-sufficiency through effective guidance. This position offers impact through maintaining smooth operations and supporting a modern, connected workplace.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support to Head Office users via in-person, Teams, and email interactions
Deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT support and own incidents from intake to resolution
Act as a trusted point of contact and build strong relationships with users
Own incidents and service requests, escalating as needed to internal or third-party teams
Progress incidents to resolution within SLAs and coordinate with internal/external providers
Educate users on AV and conferencing tools to enable confident, effective meetings
Perform daily operational tasks and administrative duties as directed by the Local Infrastructure Manager
Coordinate onboarding and provisioning of user accounts, devices, and equipment
Maintain accurate lifecycle tracking of end-user IT assets in the asset management system
Coordinate hardware replacements and repairs with suppliers and service providers
Install, configure, and support approved software on end-user devices per IT standards
Assist with procurement and management of mobile devices and changes
Handle confidential information with discretion

Key requirements

2+ years in IT Support or similar role
Ability to work independently and with a wider team
Experience contributing to projects within a team
Willingness to work on-site at Head Office on Mon, Tue, and Thu with flexibility to adjust
Flexibility to travel between sites as required
