In this role you lead and support capital investment and site-improvement projects at Nestlé Dalston, collaborating across Safety, Quality, Engineering and Production. You drive projects from design through handover, ensuring on-time delivery, safe execution and lasting impact on site performance and sustainability. You’ll tackle diverse initiatives—from water infrastructure upgrades to energy efficiency and capacity enhancements—while supporting asset start-up and operational readiness.

Responsibilities
Lead capital investment projects from concept to installation and handover
Deliver engineering solutions to improve reliability, performance and efficiency
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Safety for successful outcomes
Ensure activities meet safety, regulatory and site standards, supporting zero-accident goals
Support start-up, documentation and handover to operations
Key requirements
Experience delivering engineering projects in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing capital investment (CapEx) projects, budgets and procurement
Engineering degree or recognised apprenticeship in a relevant discipline
Knowledge of CDM, PUWER, LOLER, PSSR and contractor management
Strong stakeholder, influence and communication skills
Self-motivated with continuous improvement mindset and adaptability
