Indirect Real Estate Associate

Overview

In this role you work on high-value indirect real estate deals, including M&A, JVs, and private REIT structures, supporting cross-border matters for top-tier investors and platforms. You’ll collaborate with partners across sectors like office, logistics, PRS/BTR, student housing and retail, building strong client relationships and developing BD experience. The role offers exposure to complex transactions and a chance to impact major investment activity in a market-leading team in London.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex indirect real estate deals (M&A, JVs, private REIT structures)
• Support cross-border real estate transactions across multiple asset classes
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients; contribute to business development
• Collaborate with partners and teams on high-value transactions
• Engage with major clients and real estate platforms to drive deal flow

Key requirements

• Mid Senior Level (3-7+ years) PQE across construction/property/real estate, corporate/M&A
• Experience or focus in funds/indirect real estate and real estate transactions
• Ability to manage high-profile, cross-border deals
