Corporate Real Estate Associate

Overview

As an Associate in a Tier 1 Funds and Indirect Real Estate team, you help advise on sophisticated real estate transactions at scale. You will work across real estate, corporate, and investment matters, including M&A, joint ventures, private REIT formations, and investment management deals. You collaborate with leading partners and international colleagues to service high-profile clients. This role offers exposure to premium transactions and a clear path to advance within a premier practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex M&A, joint ventures, and private REIT formations involving substantial real estate assets
• Support investment management transactions across multiple asset classes (logistics, office, PRS/BTR, retail, student accommodation)
• Collaborate with partners and teams across multiple European offices
• Draft and manage transaction documents and help coordinate closing processes
• Engage directly with sophisticated clients and manage project timelines
• Contribute to high-value, market-leading real estate and corporate transactions

Key requirements

• 3–4 years PQE in a leading firm or equivalent
• experience in indirect or corporate real estate, or general corporate M&A and JV transactions
• sound commercial judgement and strong drafting/project management skills
• ability to engage directly with sophisticated clients
• capacity to operate at the top of the market
