This practice is widely recognised as one of the strongest in the market, advising on high-value corporatised real estate transactions of exceptional sophistication and scale.The Role:You’ll be working at the intersection of real estate, corporate, and investment work – advising on complex M&A, joint ventures, private REIT formations, and investment management transactions involving substantial real estate assets and operating platforms. The team’s client base is stellar and includes sovereign wealth funds, global REITs, private equity real estate managers, developers, and pension fund investors.Acting on transactions across a diverse range of asset classes – including logistics, office, PRS/BTR, retail, and student accommodation – you’ll collaborate closely with market-leading partners and colleagues across the firm’s European offices. The environment is high-performing, supportive, and truly international in scope.The Candidate:The ideal candidate will be an ambitious associate with 3–4 years’ PQE (or above) gained in a leading firm, with experience in indirect or corporate real estate, or general corporate M&A and JV transactions.
