Responsibilities

• Manage high-value tribunal claims and complex restructuring/redundancy matters
• Draft and negotiate executive contracts
• Provide HR advisory support to a diverse client base
• Contribute to business development and client relationship building
• Receive mentoring and develop expertise while expanding the client portfolio

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE
• Mid-to-senior level with experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
