Responsibilities
Lead and coach the Sales Team to meet and exceed targets
Ensure high levels of customer service and top CSI scores for the dealership
Implement and monitor compliance with manufacturer standards and customer obligations
Adhere to FCA regulations and responsible lending/financial advice
Maintain a well-presented dealership and well-managed stock
Collaborate with Telesales and Retention Team to manage enquiries
Foster inspirational leadership and collaborative teamwork
Drive profitability while maintaining integrity and customer trust
