Overview

In this role you lead site delivery for D&B, new build and refurbishment projects within Oxford region. You will drive quality, safety and schedule adherence on education, healthcare and commercial schemes, coordinating on-site teams and liaising with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. You join a long-standing main contractor with a strong project pipeline and regional focus. This is an opportunity to shape delivery on high-profile builds while working within a collaborative, execution-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution for D&B projects and both new build and refurbishment schemes
• Manage construction teams, subcontractors and site logistics
• Ensure safety, quality and programme adherence on every phase
• Monitor cost control and resource allocation to meet targets
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Report progress and risks to senior site management
• Ensure daily site operations align with project plans and milestones

Key requirements

• Ideally degree qualification or other relevant construction qualification
• Experience with reputable main contractor
• Track record on D&B projects
• Experience in both new build and refurbishment
• Experience on projects in Education, Healthcare, Commercial sectors
• First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
• Full UK Drivers’ license
• Able to commute to Oxford daily
