As a multiskilled maintenance engineer at Greencore, you will fault-find, service and preventively maintain plant equipment to optimise reliability and output. You will respond to production needs to maximise uptime, while upholding food safety and audit-ready documentation. You’ll spot efficiency and safety improvements and apply them across packaging and manufacturing lines. Responsibilities
Fault-finding, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on plant equipment to maximise reliability
Respond to internal production needs to maximise uptime according to priorities
Comply with food safety standards and safety controls
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
Identify opportunities to improve health & safety and operational efficiency
Maintenance on a range of manufacturing/packaging machinery
Key requirements
Completed accredited apprenticeship or equivalent experience with Level 3 qualification
Electrically biased
Experience as Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing/FMCG
Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding
