Lead the new business strategy across the North & Scotland; travel to regional offices as needed
Support and coach Account Executives to optimise new business performance
Coach teams on sales strategy, prospecting, relationship development and handling complex opportunities
Share practical commercial insight from your own career in insurance
Identify regional growth opportunities and help shape business development strategy

Key requirements
Extensive experience in the UK commercial insurance broking market
Proven track record of personally winning significant commercial insurance clients before moving into leadership
Experience coaching and developing Development Executives or new business teams
Strong market credibility and an established network in commercial insurance
Gravitas to influence experienced professionals through practical knowledge and lived experience
