Responsibilities
Lead the new business strategy across the North and Scotland, with travel to regional offices as needed
Support and develop Account Executives to maximise new business performance
Coach teams on sales strategy, prospecting, relationship development and complex opportunities
Share practical experience and commercial insight from your career in commercial insurance
Identify regional growth opportunities and shape business development strategy
Build a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability and sustainable growth
Influence the wider commercial direction of the business with executive leadership
Key requirements
Extensive experience in the UK commercial insurance broking market
Proven history of personally winning significant commercial insurance clients before leadership
Experience coaching Development Executives or new business teams
Strong market credibility and an established network in commercial insurance
Gravitas to influence experienced professionals through practical knowledge
Collaborative leadership style with passion for developing people and driving regional growth
