CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM provider. You'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, covering all of London.

Up to £43,000 per annum
Company Van & Fuel Card
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Overtime available + 1 in 8 Call-Out Rota
Ongoing in-house training & career progression
Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings
Electrical and mechanical maintenance, including:
BMS systems
HVAC, AHUs, and FCUs
Building fabric repairs
Water treatment and general plumbing tasks
Responding to helpdesk requests and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
Working independently and collaboratively across multiple contracts
Site Cover for Holiday and sickmess
What We're Looking For
City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
18th Edition certified
Multi-skilled with a solid understanding of facilities management
Able to pass a DBS check
Good organisational and administrative abilities
Willingness to work overtime when required
