Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Door to Door Travel - London - Up to 45-48,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider covering a portfolio of sites across London.
You'll be an experienced mobile electrical engineer, confident working on your own across multiple sites.
In return, the company is offering a salary of up to 45,000 with door to door travel paid.
Hours of Work

• 08:00 - 17:00
• Mobile role covering sites across London and surrounding areas

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a mobile portfolio
• Lighting: installation, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes and control panels
• Power distribution fault-finding and repairs
• Emergency lighting tests
• Testing and inspection
• Completing job sheets and service reports
• Dealing with client site contacts in a professional manner
• AHU's / FCU's
• Water Temps
• General all round maintenance

Package

• Up to 45-48,000 basic
• Door to door travel paid
• Van / fuel card (No Personal use)
• Holiday, pension, overtime, call-out

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical
• 18th Edition
• Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
• Proven experience as a mobile or multi-site electrical engineer
• Strong fault-finding skills
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
