You have built a strong track record leading geotechnical work and you are ready for the influence and recognition that comes with an associate director title.This is an international structural and civil engineering consultancy with a London office, working on complex, high profile projects that regularly involve challenging ground conditions. Leaders here have genuine access to the direction of the business rather than being another layer of management. Client relationships here tend to be long standing, which gives senior leaders real continuity across repeat, high profile projects.
