You are looking for a civil engineering role where your input actually shapes the outcome of a project, rather than one where you are simply working through someone else's calculations all day.This is a London based consulting engineering practice working across civil and structural projects for a varied client base spanning residential, commercial and public sector schemes. The team is small enough that every engineer has real visibility of a project from start to finish, and large enough to offer a genuinely varied pipeline of work at any one time.If you have felt boxed into a narrow specialism at your current firm, or find that senior engineers keep the interesting client facing work for themselves, this role is built to change that. You will manage your own projects, liaise directly with clients and architects, and have real input into how schemes are engineered from concept through to completion. There is also a clear route to more senior responsibility as the practice continues to grow, with support and mentoring built in rather than left to chance.
