Digital Sales Executive

Canon UK is recruiting a Digital Sales Executive to join a brand-new Information Management Solutions (IMS) team based in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on delivering digital-first prospect and customer engagement and sales.This is a Digital Sales Executive role, part of our Inside Sales Team, and you will be responsible for engaging with public sector and commercial prospects and customers to promote Canon’s IMS. You will work in a fast-paced, desk-based environment using digital tools to connect with prospects and customers, deliver product demonstrations, and convert leads into sales.

Sales ExecutionConduct outbound IMS campaigns to generate leads and opportunities. Qualify prospects and manage pipeline through Salesforce CRM.Achieve individual KPIs including lead conversion and revenue targets.Customer EngagementDevelop an expert understanding of Canon’s IMS Portfolio and deliver tailored product/service demonstrations via Microsoft Teams as part of the sales cycle.Understand prospect and customer challenges and deliver tailored responses around our IMS portfolio.Respond to prospect and customer queries with professionalism and speed.Be inquisitive in uncovering prospect and customer business needs and use those insights to build compelling business cases that create a clear reason for change. Build strong relationships through consistent digital communication.CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records in Salesforce.Use dashboards to track personal performance and pipeline health.Collaboration & LearningParticipate in team training and coaching sessions.Share insights and feedback to improve team processes and prospect and customer experiences.Full timePosting Date:
