Field Climate Solutions Sales Engineer

Trane Technologies is seeking a Sales Engineer to promote and sell Equipment solutions to new and existing clients in the HVAC and process cooling space. This field-based role requires tailoring Hire/Rental and Equipment/Services offerings to customer needs at on-site locations.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns while ensuring compliance with RAMS/QHSE.
