Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Alconbury, supporting the smooth and efficient running of our production operation.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery and equipment, diagnosing faults and responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime. You’ll also play an important role in preventative maintenance and continuous improvement, helping to keep our equipment safe, reliable and operating at its best.

The role is suited to an experienced maintenance engineer with a strong electrical and mechanical background, who is confident troubleshooting equipment and working in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll need a practical, hands‑on approach, strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to health and safety.
