We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an established manufacturing business within the aviation industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer to join a specialist manufacturing environment, carrying out maintenance across a range of production machinery and equipment.

The Role:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across site machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement effective corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with site procedures.
Work closely with production teams to maintain efficient operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and equipment reliability.
Relevant engineering qualifications, ideally with an electrical or mechanical bias.
