COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead the daytime brunch and all‑day cafe operation in Central London, reporting to the Head Chef. The role focuses on quality, consistency and high-volume service.
You will help implement kitchen systems, develop new dishes, manage stock with HOPs and Lightspeed, run monthly stocktakes and support events and private dining as the operation evolves toward a more ambitious dining program.
