Equity Midwife: Lead Inclusive Maternity Care

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Equity Midwife to lead and coordinate our maternity equity programme. This role focuses on reducing inequalities in maternity care and improving outcomes for women and birthing people from underserved communities.

You will collaborate with obstetric teams, community partners and national maternity priorities to implement targeted interventions and monitor progress across Frimley Health.
