We're looking for a Forklift / Logistics Operative to join an established engineering and manufacturing business in Weston-Super-Mare.
This is a hands-on role, working across the warehouse and wider site to keep materials and products moving where they need to be. Alongside forklift work, there will be general warehouse and logistics duties, so we're looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in and be part of the team.

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely around the site
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving and storing materials and finished products
Picking, preparing and dispatching goods
Keeping stock and warehouse areas organised
Checking deliveries and reporting any discrepancies
Supporting the wider production and logistics team when needed
Following site Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
What we’re looking for
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence and a valid driving licence
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing
Comfortable working as part of a team but also able to get on with things independently
Good awareness of Health & Safety
Comfortable with manual handling and a hands-on working environment
Basic computer skills would be useful, particularly for stock control
