Flt Counterbalance Driver

Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our client based in Halesowen.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join the team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck, moving materials around the site, loading and unloading vehicles and supporting general warehouse duties when required.

Candidates must hold a valid, in-date external Counterbalance FLT licence.

The Role:

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading vehicles

Moving stock and materials around the site

Putting stock away into designated locations

Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations

Carrying out daily FLT safety checks

Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

Following all site health and safety procedures

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday

7:00am – 3:30pm

Benefits:

£12.90 per hour

Full-time position

Monday to Friday day shifts

Weekly pay

The Person:

Valid, in-date external Counterbalance FLT licence essential

Previous Counterbalance FLT experience required

Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred

Confident loading and unloading materials

Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance

Good awareness of health and safety

Able to work effectively within a busy environment
