Information Technology Support Engineer

Profectus Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking to add an IT Support Engineer to its internal IT team.

This is a varied role offering a mix of helpdesk support, infrastructure administration and project work. You'll support users across multiple sites, helping to maintain and improve the systems the business relies on every day.

Key responsibilities:

• - Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users
• - Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure environments
• - Building, deploying and maintaining end-user devices
• - Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues
• - Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• - Assisting with system upgrades, migrations and IT projects
• - Maintaining documentation and supporting IT best practice

What we're looking for:

• - Previous experience in an IT support role
• - Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• - Experience with Intune and Azure
• - Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• - Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
