WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Engineer to join our Customer Success worldwide team in UK. The Customer Success Engineer (CSE) is responsible for ensuring clients realize ongoing value from the Korbyt platform, driving adoption, retention, and expansion within Korbyt's Customer Success organization. This role operates independently on standard, well-defined work within established processes, escalating complex issues as needed.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage client relationships, post-sale, driving product adoption and satisfaction.
• Identify expansion and renewal opportunities within the existing client base.
• Resolve client escalations in partnership with Support and Product teams.
• Track client health metrics and proactively address risk of churn.
• Apply established methods and tools to complete work independently.
• Contribute to process improvements within the immediate team.
• Partner with sales to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Advocate customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, or a demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous client situations.
• Familiarity with customer success or CRM platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).

Preferred: Experience with workplace solutions, space management, or employee experience technology preferred (Korbyt Space Management or similar platforms a plus).
