Korbyt is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Engineer to join our worldwide team in the UK. The CSE will ensure clients realize ongoing value from the Korbyt platform, drive adoption, retention and expansion, and operate independently within established processes.
You will manage post-sale client relationships, resolve escalations with Support and Product teams, track health metrics and partner with sales to identify upsell opportunities.
