What We Are Looking For:

As an EUC Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, high-quality and reliable end-user computing experience across the organisation.

You will also be responsible for providing both remote and on-site technical support across multiple locations and taking ownership of endpoint incidents and service requests.

Workingclosely with the service desk and the wider technology teams, the EUC Support Engineer ensures colleagues can work effectively both remotely and onsite.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-line technical support for end-user computing issues across multiple locations.
• Provide technical support across Microsoft 365 services and workplace applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and related productivity services.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, application and connectivity issues.
• Provide both remote and deskside support where required.
• Take ownership of complex incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues throughout the lifecycle of incidents and requests.
• Identify recurring incidents and work with relevant teams to address underlying causes.
• Configure, deploy, maintain and support laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Support device provisioning, configuration, application deployment, patching and compliance.
• Maintain appropriate security and configuration standards across the EUC estate.
• Support the technology requirements for new starters, internal moves and leavers.

Desirable:

Knowledge of gaming applications such as Neon, Bravo & Table Manager would be an advantage.
