I am currently looking for a Head Chef for a Contract Catering site in Berkshire.

My client is one of the leading Caterers and are recruiting for a fantastic operation in the Windsor area. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a dedicated brigade, ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/knowledge

• Currently at Head level
• Have a proven background or experience within contract catering
• Experience across both retail and hospitality/ events
• Used to working with fresh, nutritious ingredients and up to date knowledge of the latest healthy eating food trends
