£50,000, Monday-Friday and finished by 3:30pm – with a kitchen and menu you can genuinely make your own.

I'm recruiting a Head Chef for a prestigious corporate head office in Windsor, leading a fresh-food staff dining operation with a small amount of hospitality.

You’ll have full autonomy over the weekly menu , a strong kitchen team and a large, modern kitchen with plenty of scope to get creative and develop the food offer.

The Operation

Premium B&I contract catering
Up to 300 people on-site
Breakfast and lunch service
Fresh-food staff dining
Hot counter and additional daily food offer
Small amount of corporate hospitality
Modern, well-equipped kitchen

The Role

Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation
Create and develop the weekly menus
Bring fresh ideas to the food offer
Lead and develop the kitchen team
Stay visible and engaged with customers
Manage ordering, stock and waste
Control food costs and maintain standards
Deliver consistently fresh, appealing food

About You

B&I or contract catering experience beneficial
Strong fresh-food background
Creative and confident developing menus
Excellent people and kitchen management skills
Commercially aware and organised
