Specialist Community Physiotherapist - 30h/week, Clinical Leadership

County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Specialist Physiotherapist to join the community therapy rehabilitation team. The post is 30 hours per week across a six-day service, with base at Weardale Community Hospital and rota with bank holidays and Saturdays.

The appointee will manage a caseload across North and South Community Hospitals, delivering holistic, goal-led interventions and contributing to service development.
