URBN UK Limited is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to partner with our UK retail teams across Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and Free People. You will build strong relationships with store management, ensure policy and legal compliance, and guide on complex employee relations matters.
You will also support learning initiatives, onboarding for new stores, performance management, wellbeing, rewards and engagement projects, working within the HR function to drive results.
