What you will do:

• Provide high-quality physiotherapy care to patients within the Community Neuro setting
• Assess patients' rehabilitation needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients
• Educate patients and carers about management strategies and exercises
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in service development initiatives and training programs

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:

• Hold a recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy
• Have relevant experience in specialised physiotherapy within the UK
• Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a physiotherapist in the UK
• Experience within the NHS is beneficial but not a necessity
