AI Engineer — AI Agents & Automation

From £33,400 per year Visa sponsorship available Chinese + English required

A practical, hands-on role. You will deploy and maintain AI agents across our property management and lettings operations, integrate our business platforms, automate workflows and build reliable AI systems that operate safely in a real business environment. This is not a pure research or model-training position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain AI agents for day-to-day business operations
• Build AI workflows for email handling, lettings, maintenance and document processing
• Integrate platforms including monday.com, Slack, DPS and InventoryBase
• Evaluate and integrate different LLMs and AI APIs, cloud and locally deployed
• Design security, access-control and permission policies for AI agents
• Ensure GDPR-aware data handling; implement backup, recovery, logging and monitoring
• Test workflows before deployment, monitor reliability and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Degree in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or Robotics
• Professional experience in AI engineering, software engineering, automation or systems integration
• Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents and APIs
• REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and third-party SaaS integrations
• Understanding of databases, cloud services, cybersecurity and backup strategies
• Fluent Chinese required; good written and spoken English
