AI Automation Engineer

Our client is a global, multi-regulated online broker. They are hiring an AI Automation Engineer to partner with every department in the business and build the AI agents that make it run faster.

What the role looks like

• Partner with business departments to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Design and prototype AI agentic workflows using modern frameworks and LLM-based tools
• Develop, integrate and deploy AI agents that handle varied business tasks such as reporting, customer communication, data processing and internal operations
• Evaluate and benchmark AI models, frameworks and tools to select the best solutions
• Establish best practice for prompt engineering, context management and workflow orchestration
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure robust system integration, data privacy and compliance
• Create technical documentation, user training and playbooks for deployed automations
• Monitor system performance and continuously refine agent behaviour and models

What you need to succeed

• Proven experience building or integrating AI systems, intelligent agents or automation frameworks
• Experience in Forex, FinTech or similar, supporting Sales, Marketing and Finance teams with AI
• Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases and agent architecture (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or custom frameworks)
• Python, plus familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks and automation tools
• Experience with RAG, chains and memory management in AI systems
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and enterprise integrations
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions and explain them clearly
