The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a customer-focused Optical Assistant to join a well-established optical practice in Harrow. We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals with previous optical experience who are committed to delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Dispensing spectacles to all levels
Carrying out pre-screening tests and contact lens teaches
Frame styling and advising patients on suitable optical solutions
Reception duties and general administrative tasks
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service standards
Requirements
Previous optical experience essential
Confident dispensing spectacles at all levels
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner
Strong work ethic and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
Desire to progress and develop within the business
