As aPastry Chef de Partie , you will play a key role in the preparation, execution and presentation of exceptional desserts, ensuring every dish meets our renowned standards. You will take ownership of your section, contributing to the creation of innovative pastries that uphold the Nobu legacy. With your expertise and creativity, you will help inspire and mentor junior team members while maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency.

What You Will Do:

• To provide the guests with the highest quality of food and standards.
• Preparing all food items in designated station, ensuring the right quantity and full adherence to Nobu recipes and standards in food quality.
• Minimise waste by using ingredients following the recipe, checking date labels, and controlling quality.
• Be prepared to work on different tasks during the day, shifting quickly from one job to another and remain focused.
• Guaranteeing safety, hygiene and sanitation practices are present at all times, safe storing of raw materials, maintaining cleanliness of all areas, etc.
• Maintaining all station’s equipment in safe working condition.
• Assisting in other stations, sections or outlets if requested by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

• Have experience preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty.
• You will have experience managing and training Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis Chef’s working with you.
• Will have previous experience working in a fast paced Kitchen.
• Experience working within a team.
• Previous experience working in fast paced kitchen.
