About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, professional, and adaptable approach
• Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils (desirable but not essential)
