As a Principal Structural Engineer, you'll be trusted to bring your experience, leadership and technical know-how to the table, helping shape project delivery while supporting and mentoring engineers within the team.

What will you be doing?

Leading the design and delivery of a diverse range of structural engineering projects.
Managing projects from concept through to detailed design and construction.
Providing technical leadership, design guidance and quality assurance.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and other design professionals.
Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, helping develop the next generation of talent.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, deliver smarter solutions and contribute to the consultancy's continued success.What are we looking for?

Proven experience in a senior structural engineering role, ideally at Principal level or ready to take that next step.
Strong technical knowledge of structural design, analysis and relevant design standards.
Experience across sectors such as high-rise, residential, energy, industrial or commercial developments.
Excellent communication, project management and client-facing skills.
The confidence to lead projects, solve complex engineering challenges and inspire those around you.
A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with Chartered status preferred.What's on offer?
