What are we looking for?

We're keen to hear from an experienced senior structural engineer with a strong background in structural design and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

You'll ideally bring:

• Solid experience in structural engineering consultancy, with exposure to a range of building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural design, analysis and relevant design standards.
• The ability to manage design packages, solve complex problems and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive mindset, a keen eye for detail and the ambition to help shape the future of a growing engineering team.

Chartered status, or progress towards chartership, would be advantageous.
